- Our rates are quoted in CAD dollars and inclusive of in suite laundry, free high-speed internet, free long distance (within US/Can), cable TV and utilities.

- Parking cost will be $10/day, $60/week or $150/month (only applicable to secured underground parking).

- One time cleaning fee of $80 for 1 bedroom, $95 for 2 bedroom and $120 for 3 bedroom and $150 for furnished houses 5% GST applicable to all rentals less than 30 days.

- Pet are allowed (some suites) with prior approval. Pet fees will apply.

- One bedroom suites are based on double occupancy, two bedroom suites are based on quadruple occupancy and three or more bedroom suites is based on 6 people sharing (children under 13 stay for free). Extra occupancy charge is $15/night.
